MTM rod pin mill is an ultrafine grinding equipment developed by our company through the introduction of advanced ultrafine grinding technology from Germany. It is widely used for ultrafine grinding of brittle and viscous materials. This machine consists of a casing, a door, a rotor, a stator, a spindle, a feeding device, and other components. A sealing ring is installed between the casing and the door to prevent dust leakage. Crushing principle: The material is quantitatively fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding device, and in the crushing zone composed of high-speed rotor and stator, the materials collide and impact each other to be crushed. The crushing zone of the rotor and stator consists of 3-4 layers. After being crushed in the first layer, the material continues to move outward under the action of centrifugal force into the external crushing zone, and the degree of crushing becomes more intense as it moves outward. According to the needs, a dual rotor differential structure can be designed, and the crushing line speed can reach over 200m/s. The extremely fast line speed ensures the ideal crushing effect.

The complete set of ultrafine grinding equipment consists of a high-pressure centrifugal fan, a shut-off fan, a cyclone collector, a pulse dust collector, and an electric control cabinet. The material discharged through the discharge port enters the cyclone collector under the action of the centrifugal fan. Then the qualified products are controlled for discharge by the shut-off fan under the cyclone collector. Dust enters the pulse dust collector for collection.
